He is the best person I have dealt with for re-financing mortgage. I have done this twice before but he is the best one. The response was really fast and timely manner and so kind and patient with all the process that I don't understand and with all bunch of documents and statements I sent was a really big mess but he explained and figured out how to do it one by one.
